Walkthrough · Order KC-10482
One order, from store to press.
Follow a single order through a working Storefront: a store manager orders, their regional manager approves it line by line, and your team gets a job ready to print.
Kiln & Crumb is a fictional 12-site bakery chain that we use for demos. The screenshots are from our demo storefront; the approval, email and job views are illustrations of the same screens.
01
Amara Okafor · Store manager, Leeds Briggate
The store orders for itself.
Amara logs in to a portal in Kiln & Crumb's branding. She's ordering for Leeds Briggate, and can see £1,240 of her £1,500 quarterly budget left as she adds window posters, table talkers, a door vinyl and counter menus.
Prices, quantity breaks and stocks are the ones you set for this client. Her order goes to her regional manager for approval.

Tom Hartley · Regional manager, North
Approved line by line.
Tom doesn't need to reject the whole order over one item. He approves the posters and menus, cuts the table talkers from six packs to three, and turns down the door vinyl, adding a reason for each change.
The rest of the order carries straight on, and nobody has to start again.
03
Amara Okafor · Store manager, Leeds Briggate
The store knows exactly what's coming.
Amara gets an email showing what was approved, what was reduced and what wasn't, with Tom's reasons. No phone calls to find out why her order changed.
04
Your production team · The print house
Your team gets a job, not an email.
Kiln & Crumb's workflow raises the invoice on approval, and the order joins Awaiting Production. Your team sends it to production with the day's other orders on one production sheet.
One download gives them the production pack: the sheet to tick off, the print-ready PDFs for the approved lines and any customer data files. Nobody re-keys a thing.

05
Jess Turner · Head office marketing
Head office sees every store's spend.
Only the approved £155.50 counts against Leeds Briggate's budget. Jess sees spend against budget for all 12 stores, with any store spending ahead of pace flagged, and exports it in a click.
